1. About this offer

This Early Access Offer (“Offer”) is provided by Bake Five S.r.l., the owner and operator of the Kontai service (“Kontai”, “we”, “us”).

By submitting the pre-order form on our website, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. What the offer includes

Participants in this Offer will receive:

• Early access to the Kontai beta version before public launch
• A 40% lifetime discount on the selected subscription plan, applicable for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted
• Priority onboarding during the beta phase

3. Eligibility

• The Offer is intended for businesses and professionals only
• Limited spots are available; Kontai reserves the right to accept or decline pre-orders at its discretion
• The Offer is available until 31st october 2025 or until spots run out, whichever comes first

4. Pricing and payment

• Pre-orders do not require immediate payment
• At the end of the beta period, you may choose to activate your subscription at the discounted price
• The discount applies to the plan selected at pre-order and may change if you later upgrade to a higher plan

5. Changes to the service

• Kontai may change, add, or remove features at any time before or after launch
• The discount remains valid as long as you remain on the same or equivalent plan
